2. Your Musical Content & Responsibility
You retain ownership of the original songs, chord charts, arrangements, and performance notes you create in Looseleaf. When importing or entering lyrics and chord sheets for copyrighted works, you are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable copyright laws (such as personal practice, rehearsal, or properly licensed performance use).
3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Looseleaf, interfere with the normal operation of the platform, attempt unauthorized access to other users' private libraries, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
5. Service Availability & Disclaimer
Looseleaf is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we design Looseleaf with offline caching and stage reliability in mind, we do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We recommend exporting or printing critical booklets prior to major live performances.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of Looseleaf after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
